Arlene Haessler, LMT

Prior to becoming a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist in January 1997, Arlene worked as a personal trainer and has been learning about how our bodies move and work ever since. Since graduating from the Florida School of Massage in 1996, Arlene has focused her continuing education on myofascial techniques, eventually completing the Anatomy Trains Structural Integration certification in June 2012. Sessions focus primarily on helping you create change through awareness, using myofascial techniques, assisted stretching, and structural bodywork, with the ultimate goal of facilitating pain relief, stress reduction, and greater ease of movement. In November 2024, Arlene completed Oral Facial Pain Training certification with Dr. Lisser of the Jaw Center. In her experience, issues in the jaw can often affect pain and tension in other areas of the body, and vice versa.
