Sadly, Arlene’s Key West office location was closed in September, 2025. While the search continues for a permanent location, Arlene is available for limited mobile appointments and has a temporary location available on Sundays. Hilary is available for outcall appointments. Online booking is not available for Key West at this time so reach out by text or call to 305-292-2331. Each session with your therapists is personalized to meet your needs. Additionally, we offer some specialized services that are exclusively available with an individual therapist, providing you with even more tailored options.
Arlene’s focus is myofascial massage and Structural Bodywork (SI), as well as Cranial Release Technique treatment and Oral Facial Pain treatment (specifically for jaw and head issues), both of these are available with your regular massage session or individually as a stand alone 30 minute session. SI in practice usually consists of a series of ten to twelve 90-120 minute Sessions. Structural Bodywork may consist of a shorter series which can act as an introduction to SI. You can try a session without committing to a series; however, it is best if we discuss your goals prior to scheduling. Contact me to schedule a complimentary phone, Zoom, or in-person meeting.
Hilary (Mobile sessions Key West-Marathon) offers therapeutic massage and bodywork in a variety of forms. Standard (90 min) Session
The most popular length of time is this 90 minute standard session. We can generally address your most pressing needs along with range of motion work, leaving you relaxed and refreshed. The base rate for mobile is $220 and the therapist may charge an additional fee of $10 per flight of stairs and milage, if distance over 12 miles from Key West. $195 in office, $240 mobile, $225 with Hilary.
Extra (120 min) Session
Take extra ‘me’ time with an ‘extra‘ 30 minutes for an 120 minute session. We can add additional range of motion/flexibility work as well as spend ‘extra’ time on any problem areas. The base rate is $260 for mobile and the therapist may charge an additional fee of $10 per flight of stairs and milage, if distance over 12 miles from Key West. $240 in office, $285 mobile, $270 with Hilary.
Express (60 min) Session
Don’t have time for 90 minutes? In the 60 minute express session we have time to focus on your most pressing needs and still leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. The base rate is $180 for mobile and the therapist may charge an additional fee of $10 per flight of stairs and milage, if distance over 12 miles from Key West. $150 in office, $195 mobile, $180 with Hilary.
Structural Bodywork/Integration:
Structural Integration (SI) is a manual and movement therapy system that aims to improve the body’s biomechanical functioning as a whole. Structural work is active and usually done clothed in shorts if male and shorts/sport bra or bikini if female. Sessions are usually 90-120 minutes. $240 in office, $285 mobile.

Seated Massage
With enough notice we can arrange for seated massage at your workplace or event. Pricing varies and we’re happy to work with non- and not-for-profits for fundraising events. Contact Arlene for more details. $ varies
