Cancellation Policy

Valuing your time and aiming to provide patients with the best possible service, sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, please be aware of the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice: Patients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. This allows us to accommodate clients on our waiting list and ensures efficient scheduling.
  2. Late Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a late cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged.
  3. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full appointment fee will be charged.
  4. Exceptions: Understand that emergencies and extenuating circumstances may occur, please communicate with as soon as possible, and exceptions may be made at the discretion of the business.

Appropriateness Policy

The comfort and well-being of our patients is top priority. Therefore, please be aware of the following appropriateness policy:

  1. Patient Conduct: Patients are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during their appointment. Any form of harassment, inappropriate comments, or behavior will not be tolerated.
  2. Health Conditions: Patients must inform the therapist about any health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect their treatment. This ensures the safety and effectiveness of the therapy provided.
  3. Therapy Types: Trained to perform specific types of massage therapy. and patients should choose treatments that align with their health goals and should consult with their therapist if they are unsure about what is appropriate for them.
  4. Right to Refuse Service: The therapist reserve the right to refuse service to any patient whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or who does not meet the necessary criteria for treatment.
