Each session with your therapists, Arlene and Hilary, is personalized to meet your needs. Additionally, we offer some specialized services that are exclusively available with either Arlene or Hilary, providing you with even more tailored options.
Arlene’s focus is myofascial massage and Structural Bodywork. Regular session lengths range from 60 to 120 minutes depending on the type of work. Before booking a Structural Bodywork/Integration session with Arlene, she recommends we discuss whether Structural Integration/Bodywork (SI) is right for you. Structural and Myofascial sessions are normally 90-120 minutes.
Hilary offers therapeutic massage and bodywork in a variety of forms. Specializing in deep tissue and myofascial work, she strives to help you reach your ultimate relaxation and healing goals. She also offers Hot Stone Massage in the Marathon office.

Standard (90 min) Session
The most popular length of time is this 90 minute standard session. We can generally address your most pressing needs along with range of motion work, leaving you relaxed and refreshed. The base rate is $220 and the therapist may charge an additional fee of $10 per flight of stairs and milage, if distance over 12 miles from Key West.
Extra (120 min) Session
Take extra ‘me’ time with an ‘extra‘ 30 minutes for an 120 minute session. We can add additional range of motion/flexibility work as well as spend ‘extra’ time on any problem areas. The base rate is $260 and the therapist may charge an additional fee of $10 per flight of stairs and milage, if distance over 12 miles from Key West.
Express (60 min) Session
Don’t have time for 90 minutes? In the 60 minute express session we have time to focus on your most pressing needs and still leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. The base rate is $180 and the therapist may charge an additional fee of $10 per flight of stairs and milage, if distance over 12 miles from Key West.
Structural Bodywork/Integration:
Structural Integration (SI) is a manual and movement therapy system that aims to improve the body’s biomechanical functioning as a whole. Structural work is active and usually done clothed in shorts if male and shorts/sport bra or bikini if female. Sessions are usually 90-120 minutes. The base rate is $260 and the therapist may charge an additional fee of $10 per flight of stairs and milage, if distance over 12 miles from Key West.

Seated Massage
With enough notice we can arrange for seated massage at your workplace or event. Pricing varies and we’re happy to work with non- and not-for-profits for fundraising events. Contact Arlene for more details. $ varies
